Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a license key has been generated or a product has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital software and that you waive any right of withdrawal or refund that may otherwise apply under consumer protection regulations.
Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate payments or if a verified technical error on our side prevented delivery of the product. Any such request must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may result in permanent suspension of your account, revocation of your license, and blacklisting of associated HWID and IP addresses.
